Among the 4 generations that make up our workforce, there is a tremendous diversity of motivations, work ethics, skills, strengths, weaknesses, etc.  Being considerate and understanding of all of those things simultaneously is quite the challenge. This session, provided by a Millennial (technically), will uncover what is really behind the dramatic differences we perceive as the generation gap. The workforce is changing at a pace unlike any other in recent history. Business leaders must bridge the perceived gap before it’s too late.
