NUNSENSE II: THE SECOND COMING

     THEATRE OFF THE SQUARE IN WEATHERFORD proudly presents their 2016 Musical, NUNSENSE II:  THE SECOND COMING written by Dan Goggin, and produced by special arrangement with Tams-Witmark Music Library, Inc. TOTS produced NUNSENSE in 2014 and received rave reviews. The same “nuns” will perform in this sequel. The comedy is directed by Darla Robinson, and the musical direction is by Brad Justice. Wally Jones will serve as Assistant Director and Stage Manager.
     Six weeks after the sisters have staged their first benefit, they are back, even slicker than before, to present a ‘thank you” show for all the people who supported them in the past. Things get off to a hilarious star, but before long, two Franciscans come to stake a claim, and there’s also word that someone interesting is in the audience. From the riotous beginning to the rousing finale, this show will have you rolling in the aisles!
     Members of the cast are Judi Conger as Sister Mary Regina, Mother Superior; Jaclyn Justice as Sister Mary Hubert; Melissa Whiteman as Sister Robert Anne; Kate Cowling as Sister Mary Amnesia; and Amanda Johnson as Sister Mary Leo. Audrey Harris is the understudy for this production.
