The Parker County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that Jay Meadows, Co-Owner, CEO, and President of Rapid Reporting Verification Company, will be speaking to Chamber members at the upcoming membership luncheon.
Meadows, a nationally recognized leader in fraud prevention and technology innovation, co-founded Rapid Reporting in 1998 and has since transformed how the mortgage industry combats fraud. Under his leadership, Rapid Reporting became the first private sector company in the United States to partner with the Social Security Administration to authenticate Social Security numbers, setting a new standard in identity verification.
Working closely with the IRS, Meadows also helped pioneer a process that reduced the turnaround time for tax transcript verification from weeks to just 24 hours—an achievement that reshaped the mortgage industry by making income verification a practical pre-funding tool.
A frequent speaker at national conferences and a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Fraud and Ethics Subcommittee, Meadows has been recognized as an IT All-Star by
Mortgage Banking Magazine for his contributions to advancing industry technology.
Beyond his professional achievements, Meadows is a former TCU baseball player, a founder of the Fort Worth Cats high school baseball program, and a dedicated supporter of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
“Jay Meadows is not only an accomplished entrepreneur and innovator but also a leader who demonstrates the power of persistence, integrity, and vision,” said Lisa Flowers, President & CEO of the Parker County Chamber of Commerce. “We are excited to welcome him to share his insights with our membership.”
The membership luncheon featuring Jay Meadows will be held on
Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at New River in Hudson Oaks.
Buffet opens at 11:20 a.m., and the program begins promptly at 11:45 a.m. Chamber members and guests will have the opportunity to hear Meadows discuss
