About Us

Mark and Dottie Worthington have been happily married for over 49 years and are the proud parents of two daughters and four grandchildren. They enjoy the best of both worlds, living in the peaceful country just outside the Metroplex, where they can embrace the tranquility of rural life while staying close to the amenities of the city.
Dottie is the broker for Worthington Realty & Investments, Inc., and Mark serves as the office manager. Their strong partnership in business goes back many years, even before they entered the real estate industry. The couple’s shared history includes time spent in the PRCA (Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association), where Mark competed in bull riding, bareback riding, and team roping, while Dottie ran barrels and worked as a secretary for the organization.
Mark and Dottie have both had significant roles in the community and the real estate industry. They are former presidents of the Greater Metro West Board of Realtors and have owned the longest continuously operating real estate company in Parker County. Both have been honored with the Realtor of the Year Award, with Dottie receiving the distinction twice. Mark and Dottie have been full-time real estate professionals since 1989. In addition to their professional accomplishments, they are both active Ambassadors with the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce, with Mark having served as the Chamber Board Chairman in 2012. Dottie is also a longtime Board member of the Parker County Republican Women and the founder and former president of Outdoor Women of Texas. She served as the president of the Greater Metro West Board of Realtors in 2015.
